Our team

With over 40 years’ experience, Curt is responsible for all phases of work in both residential and commercial land development projects at G&A’s Montgomery County office. He has worked with oil and gas exploration and production companies to manage pre-drill baseline water sampling operations, emergency spill response, and erosion and sedimentation control maintenance programs. He is well versed in the preparation and submission of studies, reports, and exhibits necessary to obtain floodplain map revisions from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Curt enjoys the challenge of site design projects and thinking outside of the box to produce unique development solutions to help clients reach their goals.

TJ has over 15 years’ experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure design for water and wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment. He specializes in the design of sewage pump stations, wastewater treatment plants, water distribution, and public wells for local municipalities and authorities. TJ enjoys working with clients, problem solving and making much needed infrastructure improvements.

Mary Lou has over 30 years’ experience in the evaluation, design, and review of stormwater systems and floodplain management, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis of watersheds, and stream/floodplain systems, as well as designing storm sewer systems using various software programs. Mary Lou oversees the NPDES MS4 permit compliance in multiple municipalities, including interpreting regulations, communicating with the PADEP and municipalities, tracking compliance with required tasks, preparing annual reports, and responding to PADEP review of annual reports. 

Mary Lou enjoys her role as a municipal engineer because it gives her the opportunity to work on diverse projects and use her technical skills to solve real-world problems that have a positive impact on the community.

Megan is a Project Engineer in the Municipal department at G&A.  She is experienced in land development projects including permitting, grading, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, and site design for both residential and commercial projects.

Megan is passionate about creating green space in new designs to reduce stormwater runoff and to promote a greener landscape in proposed developments.

Chris is a Professional Geologist with 10 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry who began his career as an entry-level geologist working on various projects related to site assessments, soil and groundwater investigations, and remediation efforts. Over the years, he has honed his skills in project management, field investigations, data analysis, and technical report writing. He also serves on the Pennsylvania Groundwater Association Board of Directors.

Chris has worked on numerous high-profile projects for a diverse range of clients including government agencies, industrial facilities, and real estate developers. Chris is passionate about his work and is committed to making a positive impact on the environment through his expertise in geology.

Amanda oversees G&A’s Newtown office, leading a team of engineers, landscape architects, and designers, and manages various projects for municipal and private clients. She is experienced in all aspects of civil engineering from design through construction, including stormwater management, permitting, utilities, cost estimates, and construction administration services.  As the appointed Municipal Engineer for several townships and boroughs, she assists municipal clients in securing public funding and provides technical plan reviews for private subdivision and land development applications. 

Amanda is dedicated to supporting the communities she serves through a unique understanding of all phases of land development.  Outside of G&A, Amanda enjoys coaching youth sports and previously served on the board for a local Little League program.

Seth has 15 years of diverse experience in site development projects including site layout, grading, stormwater management, E&S/NPDES design, utility coordination, and permitting for a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential developments. 

Seth enjoys working with both internal and external project teams as well as reviewing agencies to develop creative and effective solutions to the challenging sites that are often encountered in today’s land
development market.

Joining G&A as a summer intern over 25 years ago, Erik is now President of G&A’s Municipal Division and has worked in many different areas of the firm, developing a broad knowledge and expertise in the key aspects of engineering, business strategy, and client relations.  As his role and responsibilities have grown over the years, Erik has focused on being a leader in the firm’s municipal engineering practice.  He helps oversee the day-to-day operations of the municipal division while strengthening relationships with existing clients and cultivating new ones. 

Outside of G&A, Erik is actively involved in his community, having previously served on the Board of Directors of a local SPCA, the Montgomery County Board of View, and currently serving on the Foundation Board of a local community-focused hospital. 

Heading up G&A’s geoResource Risk Reduction group, Tom’s 42-year career spans consulting, corporate division director, appointed government positions, and university faculty, and brings an integrated perspective to heavily-regulated geoResource-based and environmental issues. 

Combining regulatory acumen,  geologic/hydrogeologic expertise, a corporate insider’s savvy of operations and corporate needs, with the fluid communication of an educator, Tom reduces business risks by developing approvable regulatory solutions that ensure clients’ operations move forward so they can focus on their core business rather than on the roadblocks to production.

Rebecca has over 20 years’ experience working on a wide variety of planning and design projects. Ranging from public place-making including streetscapes, parks, and trails, to planning college campuses and residential communities.   She is involved with all aspects of site design including conceptual plan preparation through to detailed design and construction documents of site features including landscape, hardscape, and site features. 

Rebecca strives to build strong and lasting client relationships by guiding and implementing their vision.

Greg works with our teams of multi-disciplinary professionals in the planning, design, and permitting of community, commerce, and infrastructure projects. Drawing on over 40 years’ experience in multiple civil engineering disciplines, he has led many of the signature projects that have driven the growth of G&A during his 33-year tenure, from award-winning conservation-based communities to large-scale industrial redevelopment. Greg was instrumental in embracing green infrastructure as a foundation of our professional practice long before it became a regulatory requirement. However his greatest source of pride is derived from his close collaboration with his peers who share in his journey of growth. Greg views every day as a learning opportunity, though his favorite design tools remain tracing paper, markers, and sticky notes.

Greg volunteers with Trout Unlimited in the protection and restoration of Bucks County’s unique coldwater resources and assists Snipes Farm and Education Center in restoration and naturalization efforts on their organic farm.

Judy has 41 years’ experience in management, planning, landscape architecture, and oversight of numerous projects for municipal and private clients. She leads our Municipal Planning and Landscape Architecture group and assists municipalities with a variety of planning services ranging from plan reviews to long-range planning studies. Judy’s strengths include public engagement and meeting facilitation. Her passion is working with communities to define their vision for the future and then creating implementation plans, strategies, and processes to realize that vision.

Chris has over 25 years’ experience working on a wide variety of planning and design projects. Ranging from public place-making including streetscapes, parks, and playgrounds to planning of Low Impact Development (LID) and Redevelopment Sites, Chris utilizes a creative approach to develop design solutions unique to each project.  He is involved with all aspects of site design including conceptual plan preparation through to detailed design of site features including landscape and site lighting.  Chris strives to integrate required site features including stormwater management facilities in creative and sustainable ways.

Josh has over 20 years of civil engineering experience in the areas of subdivision and land development, water and wastewater, and municipal engineering. He works with multiple municipal clients on capital improvement projects, including various municipal buildings, public parks, parking lots, walking trails, accessible sidewalks and ramps, and storm sewer infrastructure improvements. Josh is involved with these projects from preliminary design, permitting, and managing the bidding process.

Josh is driven by a strong curiosity and a continual desire to learn. He is enthusiastic about using his acquired experience to meet clients’ needs with cost-effective and creative solutions, to collaborate with team members, and to train and assist younger engineers.

Jen has over 20 years’ experience in land development engineering, including planning and zoning services, and representing clients at governmental agency meetings, municipal planning meetings, and other public hearings.  She provides oversight of production staff and construction management.  Her projects vary from private subdivision and land development projects to evaluation and replacement of municipal stormwater infrastructure. 

Jen enjoys following a project from the early design stage through to a successful construction completion, and helping her clients navigate unique project challenges along the way.  

With over 30 years of experience, Brian manages the Transportation department at G&A and specializes in traffic engineering, transportation studies, and municipal transportation services, for municipal and private clients. 

He coordinates with clients and staff on transportation impact studies, intersection designs, traffic signal design, traffic signal system plans, and Highway Occupancy Permits (HOP) for permitting by PennDOT and local municipalities as well as the review of traffic studies, land development plans, and HOP plans received as part of municipal land development submissions. 

Brian strives to find the right-sized solutions to manage traffic operational efficiency for the development, municipality, and traveling public.

Drawing on over 20 years’ experience, Krista is a Civil Engineer and LEED Accredited Professional® who provides municipal project management to a variety of regional municipalities. Some of her project experience includes road improvements program management, design and contract administration of infrastructure improvement projects, Municipal Separate Storm Sewer (MS4) program compliance, and review and administration with respect to Subdivision/Land Developments and Earth Disturbance Permits. 

Brian is a Project Engineer with over eight years of experience supporting land development projects across eastern Pennsylvania. He provides a broad skill set that includes site planning, grading, utility and stormwater design, regulatory permitting, jurisdictional and ADA compliance review, construction administration, and project cost estimating.

Brian works across residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and mixed-use sectors, supporting clients with responsive communication and reliable, high-quality design services to assist in guiding projects from conceptual planning through construction.

Ryan is experienced in site planning and redevelopment of multiple properties in the City of Philadelphia as well as several schoolyard redesign projects. As a Landscape Architect his responsibilities include development of site plans from concept design through construction documentation, construction management, and preparation of streetscape master plans across multiple jurisdictions ensuring compliance with all state, local, and ADA codes or standards.  Ryan also creates visual graphics for community public engagement events. 

Ryan is passionate about fostering a sense of place through design, and promoting the use of native plants to support the local ecology.

Jim oversees G&A’s Plymouth Meeting office and provides design and project oversight for a variety of municipalities and private clients. His experience in the municipal, commercial, institutional, redevelopment, and residential industries includes feasibility studies, geometric site layout, site grading, stormwater management/Best Management Practice design, erosion and sediment control design, and PADEP permitting.

Jim enjoys collaborating with G&A colleagues across the various disciplines G&A has to offer to deliver unique engineering solutions to our clients.

With over 40 years of extensive and diverse experience, Roman incorporates conventional engineering principles and methods with state-of-the-art technologies for civil and structural design, providing cost-efficient construction solutions for repair, rehabilitation, adaptive re-use, reconstruction, and new construction projects. He manages engineering, feasibility studies, forensic evaluations, and construction phase services.

Roman also serves as an expert in matters involving civil and structural engineering, engineering mechanics, forensic and failure investigations, and contract disputes, providing expert consultations, reports, and testimony when necessary.

Dan has 40 years’ experience in planning, design, and implementation of land development projects throughout the Philadelphia area and surrounding suburbs.  He is proficient in project coordination involving land surveying, stormwater management practices and design, soil erosion control, subdivision engineering and roadway design, land feasibility studies, conservation easements, site planning design, and construction documentation.  Dan collaborates with project teams coordinating timely submission of documentation to regulatory agencies, effectively addresses environmental requirements, and obtains necessary approvals and permits in alignment with client goals.

Dan is particularly interested in ecological site design, green stormwater infrastructure, and landscaping with native plants.

Bob has over 45 years’ experience in municipal and civil engineering in southeastern Pennsylvania.  He has an extensive background with public works projects involving design, construction coordination and inspection, contract administration, developer and contractor compliance, and regulatory agency documentation.  Bob’s project experience also includes infrastructure design, stormwater management, solid waste management, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection, conveyance and treatment systems, and roadway and bridge systems.

As an experienced engineer, Jeff works on land development, transportation, and water resources projects within the City of Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs.  He provides project management and facilitates coordination with project stakeholders as well as reviewing agencies for project approvals and permitting. 

Jeff’s responsibilities include design of stormwater management facilities, transportation design, grading, ADA compliance, along with permitting, cost estimation, and plan review.  He also prepares plans and project documents associated with approvals from City and government agencies.  Jeff is proficient in 3D CAD design utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling using HydroCAD, Hydroflow, and StormCAD to complete stormwater modeling and analysis.
