Nick has over 9 years of experience leading high performing teams in both an external and internal capacity. As Chief Financial Officer, Nick is primarily focused on maintaining financial stability of the organization and driving future growth of the company through a heightened focus surrounding the company’s financial metrics. He also oversees the company’s compliance with respect to annual audits and financial statement reviews.

Geoff has over 20 years’ experience in civil engineering and project management. He is involved in all aspects of municipal client management, including capital projects from design through public bidding and construction observation.  His responsibilities include ordinance compliance plan reviews with regard to constructability, site layout, grading, MS4 compliance and permitting, stormwater design, and pedestrian circulation among other SALDO requirements.  Geoff is also experienced in land development and highway design.

Geoff enjoys helping his clients solve project challenges and reach their goals. 

Matt has 18 years’ experience in the planning, permitting, and design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects including water and wastewater treatment facilities, wastewater pumping stations, and conveyance pipelines, with responsibilities including project management, construction administration, operations support, and Authority client representation.  He is knowledgeable in the Pennsylvania Sewage Planning (Act 537) process including planning modules, exemptions, special studies, and full Act 537 Plan updates.  Matt also has experience with site specific field studies in support of surface water modeling as well as industrial wastewater permitting and municipal authority pre-treatment programs.

Jason is a Project Manager with over 30 years’ experience in land surveying.  He successfully works with large commercial clients as well as smaller scale developers.  Some of Jason’s responsibilities include the QA/QC of plans, boundary resolution, title exceptions, legal descriptions, stakeout set-up, and grade sheets.  He has a proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget resulting in long-term client relationships. Jason is active in the advancement of land surveying and serves as a board member and state representative of the PSLS, Delaware Valley Chapter.

Jason thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings that demand strong attention to detail and a willingness to adapt, while maintaining a positive and balanced outlook.

As a Landscape Architect, Adrianne brings a designer perspective to project management coordination with a sensitivity to land, client goals, team, and governmental agencies. Her experience includes projects from initial sketch phase through construction documents.

Adrianne provides a comprehensive view, including construction administration experience, site observation reporting, municipal planning support, and coordination with agencies.  As an appointed Municipal Planner, she assists in securing public funding and provides technical plan reviews for private subdivision and land development applications.  This, coupled with Adrianne’s prior role as the Main Street Manager for Boyertown, has made her a proponent of community engagement, recognizing the value of public input.

Leslie has 12 years’ experience in traffic engineering, transportation planning, roadway design, and municipal engineering. She manages multidisciplinary transportation projects for public and private clients and serves as the appointed Municipal Traffic Engineer for numerous municipalities throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. Leslie provides technical leadership, oversees project delivery from planning through construction, and works closely with municipalities, PennDOT, and regulatory agencies to develop practical transportation solutions.

As a WTS member Leslie serves as Co-Chair for the Learn From a Leader Committee. She is also a Board Member for Partnership for Transportation, a nonprofit organization based out of Montgomery County, PA.

Dave is a Project Engineer experienced in land development and other CAD-based engineering applications. His responsibilities include designing project sites and developing stormwater management modeling to reduce storm runoff. Dave is passionate about designing and implementing stormwater management BMPs and sustainable energy plans to further reduce the environmental impact of land development practices. He designed several private and public development projects that incorporate stormwater infiltration basins, rain gardens, and porous paving.

Since joining G&A over 10 years ago, Jacob has advanced his specialized knowledge and involvement with all facets of bridge, building, and infrastructure design, repair, rehabilitation, and replacement projects including temporary shoring and support of excavation.  He has been the lead engineer on a wide variety of projects developing strategies for adaptive reuse, historic restorations, and condition assessments.  Jacob is a Certified Bridge Safety Inspector experienced in leading field inspections and preparing bridge condition assessment reports.  He has performed more than 500 bridge inspections, including routine, special, fracture critical, and in-depth inspections for PennDOT, county, and local bridges and culverts. 

Jacob’s well-rounded experience results in innovative and practical solutions for unique challenges that can arise on complex projects.

Since joining G&A 22 years ago, Brian has become an experienced project manager, providing Water Resources engineering services such as design and administration of public utility construction projects and consulting for authority and municipal clientele. His projects include water and wastewater system expansions, rehabilitations, and replacements, as well as the design and permitting of pumping stations and treatment systems.

Brian enjoys helping his clients develop their ideas into projects that will provide environmentally safe facilities to the communities that they serve.

As a Project Manager, Brandon is responsible for coordinating projects requiring technical data collection and reporting. He collaborates with multiple internal departments and external clients to develop well-rounded perspectives of data interpretation as it relates to subsurface and structural engineering recommendations.

Brandon’s responsibilities include project coordination, field and technical oversight of drilling and test pit investigations, and stormwater infiltration studies. He has experience in geologic evaluations within karst-sensitive regions.  As a Sewage Enforcement Officer, Brandon has completed septic testing and designs for private clients, and inspections and permitting for municipal clients.  He also performs technical observation and prepares documentation for a range of construction activities throughout our service area, including inspection of reinforced concrete and soil compaction. Prior to joining G&A Brandon served as a combat engineer for the US Army.

Ed has over 10 years of diverse civil engineering experience with both municipal and private clients. He designs for stormwater management and public improvement projects and provides technical reviews with respect to ordinance requirements. Ed’s involvement in the commercial, redevelopment, and residential industries includes roadway reconstruction, site grading, stormwater management design, and construction management. He is driven by the variety of the work, including geotechnical, environmental, structural, and water resources. Ed enjoys collaborating with clients, developing a conceptual design, and following through to final construction.

Tony has over 10 years’ experience in geotechnical engineering services. He has extensive field experience and has performed numerous geotechnical explorations by methods of Standard Penetration Test (SPT) borings, Cone Penetrometer Test (CPT) soundings, Dilatometer Test (DMT) borings, test pit excavations, Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) testing, and infiltration testing. Tony has also provided technical oversight to contractors for ground improvement procedures, including shallow and deep foundation projects.  His experience includes pavement assessment and design, retaining wall design, and infiltration feasibility studies. When in the office, Tony is responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, reviewing soil data, performing geotechnical analyses, and generating technical reports.

Tony particularly enjoys working outside in the four-season climate, building client relationships, training junior staff members, and expanding and improving the Geotechnical Department at G&A.

As the Vice President of G&A’s Land Design Services, Tim oversees client relations and provides overall direction to the Land Design project managers throughout the firm. He has over 25 years’ experience managing a large variety of subdivision and land development projects throughout Pennsylvania. Tim is responsible for client and municipal coordination, regulatory applications and approvals, and providing positive relations with client representatives, clarifying and relaying their needs to the project design team.

Tim provides expert presentation and testimony for clients at township planning commission, board of supervisors, and zoning hearing board meetings. Tim excels at taking on large challenging projects, navigating governmental permitting dynamics, and forecasting and dismantling project road blocks to success.

Matt has over forty years of consulting experience including environmental and design engineering for new water and wastewater facilities, improvements to existing facilities, construction services, and preparing permit applications. His current focus is on improving wastewater treatment facilities, wastewater collection systems, complying with regulatory issues, and future planning concerns. Matt enjoys the variety of projects that he works on and providing our clients with solutions to resolve their engineering challenges.

As President of G&A’s Civil Design Division, Eric oversees client relations and provides overall direction to all civil design related departments including his specialty Land Design.  He has over 30 years’ experience in land development and site design, including residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional design projects.  Eric continues to provide expert presentation and testimony for clients at township planning commission, board of supervisors, and zoning hearing board meetings. 

Many of Eric’s signature projects become economic drivers in the region, positively impacting our community.  As a result, Eric is driven to assist his clients in navigating the challenges of the land development entitlement process.

Mark is the Director of Design Technology of Gilmore & Associates, Inc.’s Autodesk Users Group.  He has 25 years’ experience in land development design, CAD management and engineering technology applications.  His responsibilities include creating and implementing Civil 3D and AutoCAD standards, training engineering, survey, and CAD staff members, and developing and applying best practices for the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process.  Mark is also tasked with research and application of evolving technologies such as Laser Scanning (LiDAR) and Photogrammetry for data collection, and cloud-based solutions for data sharing and presentation. 

Michael has 40 years’ of diverse engineering experience working with municipal and private clients. He enjoys working with clients from project conceptual design to project completion. His municipal engineering work includes designing wastewater systems, highways and stormwater management systems; reviewing land development and subdivision plans for compliance with municipal zoning and subdivision ordinances; and performing construction administration. 

Michael is driven by the variety of the work he performs and by the opportunity to see the projects come to life during the construction stage when he spends time in the field performing Construction Management and Contract Administration.

As Survey Department Manager, Russell is responsible for the management and coordination of surveying services for private and public sector clientele.  His responsibilities also include drafting services, survey data analysis, and CAD operations.  Russell has over 20 years’ experience in a variety of projects including small lot surveys, large residential subdivisions, multi-unit townhomes and commercial properties, the preparation of legal descriptions, elevation certificates, and survey plans for boundary, topographic, existing features, and ALTA/NSPS surveys. 

Russell enjoys coordinating with his clients to address their needs as efficiently as possible.

With more than 35 years’ civil engineering experience, Sharon is a Senior Project Manager with a focus on private subdivision and land development projects, as well as governmental infrastructure assessment and improvement projects throughout eastern Pennsylvania.  She specializes in hydrology calculations, design of stormwater management systems, and design of erosion and sediment control measures. 

Combining degrees in Civil Engineering and Biology, along with being a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control, Sharon is an expert in the bio-engineering techniques used in streambank restoration and stabilization.

Jim has 30 years’ experience as a Civil Engineer. His professional experience includes the various aspects of municipal engineering. His goal as a municipal engineer is to provide solutions that meet client’s needs and that are within their budget. Jim has been a project manager for various county, state, and federal grant implementation projects, including several Transportation Enhancement funded design projects. Jim also has geotechnical and environmental engineering experience.

Tom has over 20 years of experience providing civil engineering services to municipalities and private clients throughout eastern Pennsylvania. He has led a wide range of projects involving stormwater management, land development, permitting, and infrastructure planning. Tom enjoys working directly with municipal officials, developers, and residents to deliver practical and cost-effective solutions that strengthen public infrastructure and support sustainable growth. His background includes extensive experience with subdivision and land development reviews, erosion and sediment control, stormwater facilities, and utility coordination, as well as managing sewer system upgrades, Act 537 Planning, and wastewater treatment improvements. He takes a straightforward, hands-on approach to addressing issues and focuses on helping municipalities find balanced, efficient solutions that meet regulatory and community needs.

As Senior Executive Vice President, Russ oversees the operations of the New Britain Water/Wastewater Department and develops and maintains the Firm’s business relationships.  He has over 40 years’ experience with particular emphasis on public sector client representation.  His extensive experience in the designing, permitting, funding, and construction management of infrastructure is relied upon by public and private entities throughout the region.  Russ is a graduate of Drexel University (BSCE and MSCE).  He has served on several boards and currently serves on the Board of Managers of the Mercantile Beneficial Association of Philadelphia. 

Brian is responsible for the leadership and management of G&A’s construction observers and quality control and assurance for both capital improvement and private projects. Joining G&A over 20 years ago, Brian is skilled in construction management, specifically; handicapped accessibility, traffic signals, roadways, bridges, and supply water/waste water conveyance and treatment systems. He provides guidance and construction management for public and private paving and concrete programs and acts as liaison between residents and developers on behalf of the municipalities, authorities, and agencies that G&A represents.

Alex has over 30 years’ consulting experience including the planning, design, construction, and management of public and private water resource projects.  He is responsible for management of professional staff and projects, and is also directly responsible for representation and consultation with municipalities, municipal water and sewer authorities, investor-owned water companies, and private industry. Alex is an expert in all aspects of water and sewer infrastructure management including community needs analysis, capital project planning and design, grant funding, permitting, construction administration, operation, and maintenance. 

As the Principal Engineer for various authorities and municipalities, he is responsible for the review and oversight of developer sponsored projects involving construction of water and sewer supply, collection, conveyance, and treatment facilities.
