Yardley Walk – Traditional Neighborhood Development

Construction began October 2014 for Yardley Walk, with 63 luxury townhomes planned for the 25.67 acre former site of U.S. Magnet and Alloy Company.  The development on North Main Street is the first new construction in Yardley Borough in decades.

The site was redeveloped as a Traditional Neighborhood Development to provide a transition from existing contemporary style development on the outer fringes of Yardley Borough to the more historic downtown area. The site is bisected by two creeks (Buck and Brock Creeks) with their confluence located on-site to the south of the proposed community.  These watercourses are impeded by dams that are also on the property.

G&A provided project management, engineering, and surveying services and handled all phases of land design developments and approvals, including a Joint Permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and PADEP, and an Individual NPDES Stormwater Permit, as well as worked with PennDOT, Borough Council and local community interest groups.
