Village Crossing Mixed-Use Development

G&A secured land development approval for Village Crossing: the adaptive redevelopment of the nearly vacant ‘Penn’s Purchase’ commercial outlet.

The mixed-use development plans include residential and commercial/retail facilities, featuring 18 single-family residential lots, 13,276 SF of retail space, 18 condominiums above the retail spaces, a new Villaggio restaurant, and restoration of 4 apartments within the existing dwelling. This project involves installation of new walking trail amenities that wrap around the naturalized wet pond on the property, as well as an off-site trail to Street Road.  The Client is installing a new drinking water supply well to augment the existing community system and providing an attractive streetscape along the busy Lower York Road/Rte. 202 corridor.  Extensive coordination with the township and PennDOT was required to reconfigure the entrance to modern pedestrian friendly standards.
