PA Biotechnology Center Expansion

The Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center recently completed an expansion of its campus in Doylestown, PA. A building addition now links previously separated buildings on the 13.76 acre site, providing 15,000 square feet of additional laboratory space, offices, conference rooms and an events center. The G&A team provided site acquisition and development feasibility support and led the Biotechnology Center team through a complex zoning approval process. Our survey and geotechnical teams overcame the challenges of working within the confines of an existing industrial campus with unknown utility locations, and our civil engineers and landscape architects implemented restorative concepts in the design of the project’s stormwater management plan.

With this new expansion, the PA Biotechnology Center advances its position to serve as a wellspring for new life science business opportunities throughout the region.
