G&A prepared the complete Land Development Design Plans for Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.  The project included the construction of the 1,000 seat church, 200 seat chapel, administrative office, rectory, and religious education center.  The site’s design incorporates many environmentally conscious features including porous pavement parking lots and attractive bio-retention stormwater management facilities.  Vegetated islands within existing widened frontage roads further mitigate impervious surface impacts and promote traffic calming.  Multi-use trails provide routes throughout the site for contemplation and meditation and integrate the church site with the surrounding community by establishing pedestrian connections to an adjacent elementary school, residential communities, and crossroad village commercial center.
