G&A was initially retained by Blair Custom Homes, Inc.  to perform the boundary and topographical survey for the property and conduct a review of Lower Saucon Township’s ordinances for the construction of a new single-family home.

Once Blair Custom Homes, Inc. and the property owner settled on a ~20,000 SF layout for the proposed home, G&A provided lot grading plan design involving complex grading scenarios, stormwater management design, and permit compliance services.  An NPDES Permit was required for the construction of the new home and an Act 167 compliance approval was obtained from Lehigh Valley Planning Commission.

The design of the new on-lot septic system was conducted with the support of VW Consultants, LLC.   G&A’s Survey department  provided several rounds of supplemental stake-out services for the house foundation walls, stormwater management facilities, on-lot septic system, and other site features as well as as-built plan services.

G&A has worked alongside Blair Custom Homes, the property owner’s landscaper, and the contractor to coordinate changes throughout construction.
