My Family Pharmacy Renovation

G&A was initially retained to provide concept planning services for a full service family pharmacy totaling approximately 2,200 SF on a 1/2 acre existing residential property in the center of Burlington Township’s commercial corridor.  G&A analyzed various build out options on the site and the owner decided to proceed with a renovation to the existing dwelling along with an addition to support retail operations.  Construction of a drive through was a priority which led to a challenging design approach for vehicle circulation and parking while trying to limit impervious cover.  In addition to full land development services, G&A’s Geotechnical team and Environmental professionals also provided water infiltration testing and mounding analysis.
