G&A prepared this Feasibility Study to create a linear, ADA accessible trail that incorporates inclusive sensory elements, natural amenities, and other potential community enhancements.  The proposed trail will also serve the community as a vital link to the Schuylkill River Trail, the Cross County Trail, and surrounding Township and County parks.  Feasibility of the potential trail was examined through inventory and analysis of the trail’s physical, legal, and fiscal feasibility, as well as through the public participation process that examined the public’s desire for a trail within the PECO right-of-way, for the Miracle-Nature concept, and other trail amenities.  An online survey and project “landing page” were successfully created on the Township’s website.  Once funding is obtained, the conceptual plan developed as part of the Study will form the basis for detailed design and engineering in order to develop construction documents.
