Miracle League Field Design

Miracle League fields provide children and young adults with disabilities the chance to play baseball.  The field and access to the field is specifically designed to allow individuals with physical and mental disabilities and/or visual and hearing impairments a safe, accessible, and realistic baseball experience.

In 2012, G&A was fortunate enough to be involved in the Northampton Township Miracle League field design, which was one of the very first fields located in southeast Pennsylvania.  It was one of only 100 fields in the country that existed at that time.  Fast forward 10 years, and there are roughly 300 fields in the nation.

The Horsham Township Miracle League field represents the second field that G&A is responsible for providing the complete design, grant funding assistance, and construction administration services.  G&A prepared the successful grant application for the DCED LSA funding.  Horsham Township was awarded $1,000,000 in funding for this project and construction of the field is anticipated to be complete in 2024.
