Lehigh University Geo-Exchange Feasibility

G&A provided a preliminary geologic and hydrogeologic evaluation of geo-exchange (geothermal) well field development feasibility at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.

The evaluation focused primarily on confirming the site-specific deep geology and hydrogeology to inform initial assumptions pertaining to physical and thermal parameters of the site geology needed to design a geo-exchange system.  The evaluation considered drilling capability, potential installation of loop piping, depth to rock, water quantity and quality, type of drilling equipment, and preparing test drilling specifications.

G&A also prepared a geologic construction log of a test geothermal borehole.
