Keystone Trade Center Redevelopment

The Keystone Trade Center (KTC) is NorthPoint Development’s transformative re-imagining of the former U.S. Steel Fairless Works site in lower Bucks County, PA.  The 1,850 + acre site is being redeveloped for up to 15,000,000 SF of logistics and industrial space, creating the largest Class A industrial park on the East Coast.  The KTC optimizes a strategic location for access to mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Midwest markets, a multi-modal transportation hub with highway, rail, a deepwater port, robust water supply, wastewater and industrial waste treatment, and electrical infrastructure.

G&A is providing the civil engineering for the KTC redevelopment. While our team has completed land development entitlements surpassing 7,000,000 SF of new logistics space, those approvals represent the culmination of our broader efforts at the Center including sewage facilities planning, wastewater treatment plant and water supply assessments, stormwater management and utility master planning, floodplain modeling and mitigation, 3D grading design and earthwork management, roadway design, and NPDES stormwater permitting. In addition, we have supported NorthPoint’s existing industrial tenants with preparation of condominium declaration, lease, and easement documents and are providing construction administration and survey stakeout services.

Our work with the NorthPoint team and the success of the Keystone Trade Center is gratifying. G&A’s Bucks County roots are deep, and we are fully vested in the uplift of the greater region. Redevelopment is smart development, and we’re proud to play a part in recreating the site as an economic driver for the region’s future.
