Woods Services, Inc. retained G&A to provide land development, environmental, and structural services supporting the renovation and expansion of the Gardner Education Building located within the Woods Services Campus in Middletown Township, Bucks County, PA.

G&A provided topographic and utility surveys, Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, and land development plans, securing Township and County approvals.

G&A’s Structural Department provided services for the design, bid, and construction phases of the project.  Structural design and development of construction-ready drawings and specifications included reinforced concrete, reinforced masonry, structural steel, cladding, temporary and permanent shoring, and underpinning.  Construction services included site visits to observe in progress construction work, shop drawing reviews, Contractor’s submittal reviews, review of delegated connection design calculations and drawings, evaluation of value engineered alternates, final inspection, project closeout documentation, including as-built drawings.
