Datalogic Site Design

G&A provided surveying, site civil engineering, and landscape architecture services for the design of a new 18,000 SF 2-story office and research building.  G&A coordinated with the project architect on a site layout that met parking, site access, truck delivery routes, and loading dock requirements as well as the layout of site utilities.  G&A prepared land development plans and obtained approvals from the township, county, and local sewer and water authority.

Because of poor infiltration throughout the site, G&A performed hydrologic analyses of both pre- and post-development conditions to determine the volume of runoff needed to be stored and treated.  In order to achieve NPDES compliance without infiltration BMPs, G&A designed a Managed Release Concept rain garden with amended soils, underdrains, and an outlet structure designed to slowly drain the underdrains, in accordance with the new DEP guidelines.
