The Village at Valley Forge

The Village at Valley Forge consists of approximately 1 million SF of office space, 500,000 SF of retail/restaurant space, 2,000 multifamily residential units, and a 150 room hotel.  G&A is responsible for the design of roads, utility infrastructure, streetscapes, multi-use trail, and pump station.  The stormwater management system for the development employs two types of controls: conventional infiltration on the northern portion of the site and an epikarstic gravity drain field system on the southern portion of the site.
