As CEO & President, Scott oversees the operations and client relations of the Firm and provides corporate leadership. He has 30 years’ diverse civil engineering experience. Scott is proficient in design and permitting for all phases of land development projects, including residential subdivisions, commercial, institutional, and industrial sites. In addition, he has served as municipal engineer for townships and boroughs in the Lehigh Valley.
