Scott C. Muller, P.E., P.L.S. has been appointed as President. Former Senior Executive Vice President, Scott joined the firm in 2004 and has over 23 years of divers civil engineering experience. As President, Scott will oversee the operations and client relations of the firm as well as provide corporate leadership.

Chris joined G&A in 1998 and has over 38 years of experience in civil/site design for institutional, residential, commercial, and municipal facilities. As Senior Executive Vice President, Chris will oversee the operations of the Kennett Square office and work with senior management on developing company goals and initiatives.

Alexander Dyke, P.E. former Water Resources Services Manager, has been promoted to Vice President, Water Resources. Alex joined G&A in 1999 and has over 24 years of experience in the planning, design, construction, and management of public and private water and wastewater projects. As Vice President, he leads the Water/Wastewater Department and supports the President in accomplishing the goals and initiatives of the company.

Kurt Schroeder, P.E. former Municipal Services and Business Development Representative, has been promoted to Vice President. Kurt joined G&A in 2003 and has over 13 years of experience in public sector projects that utilize local, state, and federal funding. In addition, Kurt represents numerous municipalities within the region. As Vice President, he will oversee the firm’s Langhorne office and support the President in accomplishing the goals and initiatives of the company.
