Vanity Fair North Campus Redevelopment

Continuing with the Vanity Fair redevelopment project, the North Campus was originally 20 acres covered by existing parking lots and roadways. The redevelopment encompassed a 63,200 SF multiple use building for research and development of medical devices for Teleflex/Arrows R&D and Innovation Center, and a new six story 185,000 SF medical school for Tower Health and the Drexel University College of Medicine.

The site design incorporated existing road and parking lot infrastructure and stormwater conveyance and management facilities to help limit overall site disturbance while also redirecting overall site impervious cover.
