Renaissance High School Site Design

G&A has been retained by DIGSAU Architects to provide overall site design, geotechnical services, traffic and parking studies as well as local land use approvals on a 4.1 acre parcel to accommodate a new, three story, 89,220 SF high school in the Whitman Park section of Camden, NJ.

The City has adopted a comprehensive redevelopment plan that encourages various educational initiatives as well as community based programs for the area.  The state of the art facility will serve a 600 student population and share an urban campus with the Copewood Elementary School.  In addition to the customary academic and programmatic spaces, the new High School features include indoor and outdoor athletic spaces, science and engineering instructional spaces, a college guidance center, and parking for faculty and staff.
