Philabundance Community Kitchen

G&A provided site/civil engineering, landscape architecture, stormwater management design, geotechnical investigation and engineering, and permitting for a new 40,000 SF building facility that houses a community kitchen for Philabundance in North Philadelphia. The project included the redevelopment of an abandoned 1 acre site including the new building, new on-site parking, walkways, perimeter sidewalks and streetscape improvements, site lighting, retaining walls, loading docks, exterior equipment pads, perimeter fencing and gates, and landscaping. The project also included design and development of new surface and underground stormwater systems, new utility connections for water and sewer, and permitting through the Philadelphia Water Department. G&A also obtained new driveway permits from the Department of Streets.
