Roman is a Senior Vice President and Director of the Structural and Forensic Services Department at G&A. With over 40 years of extensive and diverse experience, he incorporates conventional engineering principles and methods with state-of-the-art technologies for civil and structural design, providing cost-efficient construction solutions for repair, rehabilitation, adaptive re-use, reconstruction, and new construction projects. He manages engineering, feasibility studies, forensic evaluations, and construction phase services.

Roman also serves as an expert in matters involving civil and structural engineering, engineering mechanics, forensic and failure investigations, and contract disputes, providing expert consultations, reports, and testimony when necessary.
