Since joining the firm over 16 years ago, Sean is now a senior project manager specializing in subdivision and land development projects throughout Pennsylvania. He is responsible for client and municipal coordination, regulatory applications and approvals, and overall design services. Sean works for both private and public sector clients; currently acting as Forks Township’s engineer and managing the Allentown office’s largest private clients. His design expertise includes permitting, overall site design and layout, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation pollution control, natural gas development site design and permitting, and sinkhole repair.
Sean enjoys developing his clients’ ideas into conceptual designs and transforming those designs into tangible assets to improve the community.
