Dublin Town Center Redevelopment

Nehemiah Development Company’s award-winning Dublin Town Center has kick-started the revitalization of Dublin Borough. The highway that once tried to speed motorists through town and threatened to divide the village now brings people to this 18-acre destination in the heart of Bucks County and beckons them to stay for entertainment, boutique shopping, healthcare, to pursue a career, or put down family roots.

G&A’s designers embraced the Borough’s vision in developing the plan for Dublin Town Center, integrating mixed use, walkability, adaptive re-use and form-based design concepts, where traditional village streetscapes and public spaces invite interaction. Village-scale redevelopment with adaptive re-use presents unique site and infrastructure design challenges, and our design team successfully navigated each one: from unknown underground utility conditions to limited surface area for stormwater management to well-intentioned but ill-fitting zoning.
