Core Creek Elementary School at Maple Point Campus

Construction of the new two-story elementary school for Neshaminy School District was completed in 2025.  Core Creek Elementary School was built next to the existing Maple Point Middle School on the 88 acre site in Langhorne, PA and is subject to a student population of approximately 750 students and 115 faculty.  The new school replaces Pearl S. Buck Elementary School in the township’s Levittown section as part of the District’s long term visioning plan.

G&A provided civil engineering, construction administration assistance, geotechnical, environmental engineering and land surveying services in support of the building project.
