G&A provided initial field survey, base plan preparation, layout design, and permitting for water main replacement and construction projects within various counties in Southeastern PA. The size of water mains range from 8” local mains to 30” regional transmission lines. Plans are utilized to obtain Road Opening Permits from local municipalities and Highway Occupancy Permits from PennDOT. Additionally, G&A has aided Aqua in obtaining Stream Crossing Permits (GP-5) from PADEP, Erosion/Sediment Control, and NPDES permits from County Conservation Districts.

As of 2022, G&A has designed 33 projects for Aqua with a total estimated construction cost of $43M.
