Hemoglobin Oxygen Therapeutics

Hemoglobin Oxygen Therapeutics (HbO2) is building a 2-story 34,500 SF addition to their existing 1-story 18,000 SF building.  The purpose of the proposed addition is to bring their entire process of hemoglobin purification from their Massachusetts location to the Pennsylvania area. The existing detention basin on site will be reengineered to meet current water quality and volume runoff regulations.  G&A provided many services including boundary & topographic survey, site engineering, infiltration testing, geotechnical study, equalization/aeration tank design for sanitary sewer, NPDES/MCCD applications and approvals, and provided expert testimony at Zoning Hearings.
