G&A was contracted to perform site civil engineering services in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park for the relocation and expansion of Ecopax’s manufacturing operations. The site contains a 144,000 SF manufacturing building, truck loading docks, parking, concrete sidewalks, and stormwater sewer system. G&A’s design included a survey, site layout for the building, rail stub extension, access drive, parking facilities, truck loading docks, walkways, and utilities. Due to the area being the location of the former Bethlehem Steel industrial complex a geotechnical analysis of the existing soils conditions was performed.
