G&A was contracted to perform site civil engineering services on Lot 53 within Lehigh Valley Industrial Park (LVIP) VII for the relocation and expansion of Ecopax’s manufacturing operations. The site contains a 144,000 SF manufacturing building, truck loading docks, parking, concrete sidewalks, and stormwater sewer system. The site is serviced by public water and sanitary sewer.

G&A’s land development and design services included survey, site layout for the building, rail stub extension, access drive, parking facilities, truck loading docks, walkways, and utilities.  Due to the area being the location of the former Bethlehem Steel industrial complex a geotechnical analysis of the existing soils conditions was performed.  The project also included landscaping design, coordination with LVIP VII for the extension of utilities across the lot’s frontage, and PennDOT HOP permitting.
