G&A Announces Expanded Roles for Key Employees

As we continue to plan and build the future of Gilmore & Associates, Inc., we are pleased to announce the following promotions and new roles of our colleagues below. These people are tremendous assets to our firm and an integral part of the future growth and development of G&A.

Kevin Selger, RLA, ASLA, LEED® AP, has been promoted to Director of Landscape Architecture & Planning. As Director of Landscape Architecture & Planning, Kevin will provide the overall direction of the Landscape Architecture Department.  Previously, Landscape Architecture was a division of the Land Design department but due to overall company growth repositioning of this group is essential.

Kevin has 16 years’ experience providing site design/planning, landscape architecture, and sustainable/LEED® design services. His clients have included local, national, and international corporations, developers, architects, institutions, and governmental agencies.

Since joining the Firm 7 years ago, Kevin has prepared designs for corporate campuses,  governmental and educational facilities, housing and commercial developments, and specializes in courtyards, plazas, streetscapes, parks and recreation facilities.  He provides leadership in sustainable site design and coordinates the design and documentation of LEED® Certification credits.  Kevin is also an adjunct professor at Temple University’s Department of Landscape Architecture and Horticulture.

Kevin’s promotion is a result of his dedication and successful performance to the Firm and his clients.  He is a consummate professional with unparalleled leadership and project management qualities.  Kevin has earned the respect of his clients, peers, and professional associates.

Eric Clase, P.E., has been promoted to Land Design Services Manager. As Land Design Services Manager, Eric will provide the overall direction to the Land Design department in the New Britain office.  He will oversee the multi-disciplinary staff of design professionals in the planning, design, and permitting of infrastructure and land development projects.

Eric has 20 years’ experience in the Land Development/Site Design field. This experience includes residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional design projects.  He has also provided reviews for numerous municipal engineering projects.

Since joining the Firm 10 years ago, Eric has performed all aspects of the site engineering   design process, including feasibility studies, design of stormwater management controls, geometric site layout, and erosion and sedimentation controls.

Eric has proven to be a trusted and solution oriented professional with effective project management skills.  He has established successful relationships with his clients and coworkers.  Eric’s promotion is a result of his commitment and continued motivation to develop the Land Design department and Firm.

Kurt Schroeder has accepted the new role of Municipal Services and Business Development Representative. In this new position, Kurt’s focus will be on developing new business in Southern Bucks County and Philadelphia.  He will continue to represent Bristol Borough and Bristol Township as well as direct staff and coordinate resources to accomplish municipal client goals.

With 12 year’s experience with the Firm, Kurt has provided professional engineering   services for many public sector capital improvement projects that utilize local, state, and federal funding.  He has successfully assisted governmental clients by obtaining essential project funding through grant programs.

Kurt’s passion for business development and his ability to cultivate lasting corporate   relationships has been a valuable asset to the Firm.

Brian Dusault has been promoted to Construction Services Manager. As the Construction Services Manager, Brian will oversee and manage the Municipal Construction Observers in the New Britain office.  He will also perform daily construction observation duties for governmental clients.

For the past 12 years, Brian has provided Quality Assurance for both private and capital improvement projects.  He is experienced in the construction of roadways, subsurface infrastructure, pedestrian walkways, and ADA standards.  Brian’s working knowledge of procedures and requirements for the testing of soil, concrete and asphalt, retaining wall design, as well as monitoring geotechnical sub-surface investigations has been a benefit to the Firm and our clients.

Brian has an excellent rapport with clients and fellow coworkers.  His promotion stems from his demonstrated commitment to enhancing the quality of the Construction Services Department and growth of the Firm.
