Gilmore & Associates, Inc. provided overall site/civil design for the construction of a 140-acre mixed-use development that, when complete, will include retail, office and age-restricted residential condominiums. The retail component will combine 500,000 square feet of big box, lifestyle and upscale retail, and a 130,000-square-foot Wegmans Superstore. Approximately 100,000 square feet of office space will be built as well as 200 age-qualified condominiums.
