The Neshaminy School District commenced construction activities in June 2006 for the Neshaminy High School Alteration/Renovation Project. The current high school was constructed in the late 50’s. Gilmore & Associates, Inc. is responsible for providing the professional services as related to this ongoing 40-month duration construction project. Gilmore & Associates, Inc. worked closely with the project architect to provide the civil/site layout and design, as well as construction project administration for the sitework contract. Gilmore & Associates, Inc.’s surveying department provided construction stakeout services for the sitework prime contractor and Building Trades prime contractor. Construction materials testing and observation services were conducted on behalf of Neshaminy School District, and will continue until project completion, estimated for the Fall of 2009. Gilmore & Associates, Inc. also provided State highway improvement design and approval through PennDOT.
