Due to Township growth and a need to expand municipal operations, Schuylkill Township replaced their Township building, built in 1932, with a new Municipal Complex. Gilmore & Associates, Inc. provided owner representation, construction observation, soil compaction testing, site fill/concrete monitoring services and zoning compliance for construction of the new Municipal Complex. The Complex consists of a 6,700 sf footprint, two-story municipal and police administration building, a 5,200 sf footprint maintenance building/garage and salt/cinder storage facility, passive recreation areas including playing fields, picnic pavilion and walking trails, and associated site improvements.
