Gilmore & Associates, Inc. prepared boundary, topographic and existing utility surveys for the 22 acre parcel proposed for development of a farm market and classroom complex to support the college. Gilmore & Associates, Inc. also prepared land development plans for the project.
The stormwater management plan included design of infiltration and bioretention systems to integrate with and compliment the site layout. Stormwater management design accomplished the two-year runoff volume control specified in the newly adopted NPDES Phase II Construction Stormwater Discharge Permit.
