The project involved the design of a 2400 student high school facility on a 140 acre site, as well as the implementation of major road realignments proposed by the Township's Comprehensive Plan. Site plan incorporated and protected natural resources including large tract of woods, wetlands, and two stream corridors. The extensive permitting process involved a change of zoning, conditional use, subdivision, and land development approval.

In 2003, Gilmore & Associates, Inc. received a Recognition Award in Civil Engineering for the Council Rock High School South New Construction Site Development Plan from the Philadelphia Chapter of the Pennsylvania Society of Civil Engineers.
