The Malvern Hunt community development consisted of 279 single family homes located on 237-acres which included 48 acres of open space. Existing roadways were reconstructed, including Swedesford Road and Old Valley Road. New domestic water services were constructed as well as sewer treatment facilities and stormwater management utilities and basins. Four stormwater basins and wastewater facilities, including a 4.6 million gallon treatment lagoon and a 9.2 million gallon storage lagoon were constructed. The wastewater lagoon and spray facilities, located on 76 acres, included a control building with wet well, valve vault, chlorine contact pipe and chemical feed pump.

The David Cutler Group was the owner/developer for this project. Gilmore & Associates, Inc. provided all facets of construction observation services for Kohli & Associates, Inc., the Township Engineer.
