When Conicelli Toyota added a one-story, pre-engineered fabricated building to their existing automobile dealership, Gilmore & Associates, Inc. provided construction observation and testing for the unique structural details which tied the existing structure into the new structure. Other components of construction included the pre-engineered metal building system (structural members, wall panels and roofing systems), and the exterior masonry walls fabricated walls, earth foundation base, concrete foundations and on-grade floor slab. Gilmore & Associates, Inc. assured that the construction conformed to the plans and specifications as required by Plymouth Township.
