Gilmore & Associates, Inc. performs 1A/2C surveys of proposed monopole location and results are documented on a form sealed. The survey form will certify that the data depicted on the form is with horizontal and vertical accuracy tolerances, as set forth by the FAA.

• Location (i.e. municipality, state)
• Ground elevation (AMSL – NAVD 1988)
• Coordinates (NAD 83)

Land Survey’s consist of:

• Coordinates and elevation obtained from the 1A survey described.
• Property owner, Lot Number, Block #, Assessor’s Parcel No.
• Property boundaries, as plotted from the property deed
• Any field identified physical markers (e.g. concrete monuments, iron pins, etc.)
• All major site features (e.g. buildings, sheds, fences, etc.) utility poles on or immediately adjacent to site, sewer/water system manholes readily identifiable on the site
• Topographic features to 1-foot within 50-foot radius of the proposed monopole location and along proposed access road (25-ft wide by the length)
• Location of public roads abutting the property
• Property owners and parcel numbers for all abutting properties
• Direction of true north
