This project involved the design of a new 1.0 MGD Water Booster Station, Well Water Supply and Water Storage Facility to replace an existing booster station. The new facility continues to serve the existing development and five additional development areas comprised of over 1,000 new dwelling units. Consulting engineering services consisted of hydraulic modeling, the design of a new pump building with groundwater supply, 0.40 MG water storage tank and metering/pressure reducing devices, including all associated mechanical, structural, HVAC, electrical and civil/site engineering services. Geoscience services included a preliminary Feasibility Study with well siting services through fracture trace analysis and review of local water quality, Water Resources Impact Study which included exploratory well construction oversight, aquifer testing, hydrogeologic analysis, and reporting.
