Experience Overview

Mr. Greiner has more than 34 years experience in the engineering and land surveying profession. He is responsible for the daily administration and supervision of Gilmore & Associates, Inc.’s East Stroudsburg office. Mr. Greiner has extensive skills in land surveying, planning, subdivision and site development. He has also been involved in the design of various types of municipal projects such as performs subdivision and land development plan reviews, performs conditional use and special exception plan reviews, attends municipal meetings, prepares municipal ordinances, including, but not limited to zoning, subdivision and land development and stormwater, prepares plans and specifications for municipal projects, advises municipal officials on engineering matters and performs property surveys and prepares property maps. Project Detail

Brodhead Road — Lehman Township, Pike County, Pennsylvania

Gilmore & Associates, Inc. designed and supervised the construction of an 8’ x 12’ precast concrete box culvert under Brodhead Road for the Lehman Township Board of Supervisors, Pike County, Pennsylvania. The existing culvert was deteriorated and had lost an end section through a joint failure. The new precast unit provided a rapid installation as well as a durable structure to last into the future.

Nauman – Stroud Park — Stroud Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania

Gilmore & Associates, Inc. designed Stroud Park, a commercial land development, for Troy Nauman in Stroud Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania. The facility is located on 9.3 Acres of land and renovates the site of a former concrete pipe company. The plan provides for six buildings totaling 59,234 square feet of commercial floor space. The buildings will provide office and warehouse space for various service providers.

Fitzmaurice — Stroud Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania

Achterman Associates, a Division of Gilmore & Associates, Inc. designed a commercial office site for Fitzmaurice Community Services in Stroud Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania. The site is located on a 1.6 Acre parcel and provides a 6,930 square foot corporate office facility with supporting parking and utilities.

Fitzmaurice — Stroud Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania

Achterman Associates, a Division of Gilmore & Associates, Inc. designed a group home facility for Fitzmaurice Community Services in Stroud Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania. The site is located on a 1.3 Acre parcel and provides for three buildings with a total of twelve living units for people with special needs. The site provides for parking, stormwater and other utilities.

Winona Falls Road – Lehman Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania

Gilmore & Associates, Inc. designed and supervised the construction of a storm drainage system along Winona Falls Road for the Board of Supervisors, Lehman Township, Pike County, Pennsylvania. To alleviate an existing drainage problem, storm facilities consisting of inlets and storm sewer were installed in front of an existing commercial building. The outlet to this system was improved along Winona Falls Road for approximately 1300 feet with an open swale which discharges towards the Saw Creek.

Dam Inspections

Gilmore & Associates, Inc. performs annual dam inspections for various clients in the Monroe County area. The inspections are required yearly by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and are meant to identify problems associated with dam structures before they become serious. Gilmore & Associates, Inc. works closely with our clients in identifying such problems and methods of correcting them.
