Experience Overview

As Chief Executive Officer of Gilmore & Associates, Mr. Gilmore’s responsibilities include all aspects of day-to-day operations and management of the firm, as well as overseeing and implementing growth of the firm and service offerings. Mr. Gilmore began his career with Gilmore & Associates, Inc. as a Staff Engineer, at which time he gained valuable experience in the hands-on design of numerous Subdivision and Land Development projects throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Gilmore’s additional experience includes the design of all facets of Subdivision and Land Developmental design for residential, industrial and commercial type projects, including grading and drainage, sedimentation and erosion control, landscaping and lighting, water and sewer, earthwork cut and fill analysis, regulatory agency permitting, and project processing through regulatory agencies.
