As Senior Executive Vice President, Russ oversees the operations of the New Britain Water/Wastewater Department and develops and maintains the Firm’s business relationships.  He has 41 years’ experience with particular emphasis on public sector client representation.  His extensive experience in the designing, permitting, funding, and construction management of infrastructure is relied upon by public and private entities throughout the region.  Russ is a graduate of Drexel University (BSCE and MSCE).  He has served on several boards and currently serves on the Board of Managers of the Mercantile Beneficial Association of Philadelphia.
