Experience Overview:

Mr. Glitzer has more than 25 years of experience in the planning, design, and permitting of land development and infrastructure improvement projects.  Mr. Glitzer is responsible for overseeing a multi-disciplinary staff of design professionals for a variety of private sector, institutional, and governmental clients.  Mr. Glitzer’s experiences as a surveyor, planner, design engineer, municipal engineer, and project manager provides a unique perspective on project design and delivery.  Mr. Glitzer has been qualified and presented as an expert witness in civil engineering in cases before the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, and in hearings before municipal zoning and governmental boards throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. 

As a Conservation Committee Board member of the Bucks County Chapter of Trout Unlimited, Mr. Glitzer enjoys volunteering his professional and manual skills in the restoration of the coldwater resources of Bucks County.  Recent volunteer projects include permitting, technical assistance for grant writing, and construction of stream restoration and riparian buffer projects.
