From our humble beginnings as a two person surveying firm in 1918, Gilmore & Associates has become a full-service civil engineering & consulting services firm servicing Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.

We have an experienced and passionate team of professionals across 5 offices that clients have grown to know, like and trust for almost a century. As an employee-owned firm, we take pride and ownership in the quality of our work product and responsiveness to clients needs, knowing that every client deliverable and our ability to meet tight deadlines and be onsite when needed is a reflection of the Gilmore & Associates’ brand. As a result of our heritage and strong brand, Gilmore & Associates has continued to grow and expand and is now ranked as one of the top Engineering & Consulting Firms in the area by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
